Current Project

Translational profiling experiments to investigate the post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression have been performed for numerous types of cell stress, within the Willis group and by other groups. This current project will develop a curated resource to house the translational profiling data generated within the group and by collaborators. A systematic analysis of the data will be performed to identify any sequence motifs common to groups of coordinately regulated genes; to try and identify how specific subsets of mRNAs can be translationally regulated in unison.
